All strokes, no load
this is a definition for situations or people that just don’t deliver based on p-rn where the s-x scenes run long but don’t end with a big finish and you realize you just wasted time watching it for nothing.
(a) a vocal and outspoken person with no depth to their knowledge or statements.
(b) a movie, meal, vehicle, alb-m or other experience that is built up with a lot of hype but fails to deliver.
alternate usage just strokes and no load.
(a) he had a lot to say but it was “all strokes, no load”
(b) i was super excited to see the movie battleship but it was “all strokes, no load”
(b.1) i went to that new restaurant getting all the hype but it was “just strokes and no load”
