literally means someone who wields a f-g. as a musketeer holds a gun, a f-goteer has a f-g or cigarette. translated into modern terms: a smoker; someone who smokes.
not to be mistaken by f-g or f-ggot. this word has nothing to do with s-xual preference at all.
