1. a piece of cloth that can be tied about a specific part of a person’s body, usually as an accessory.
2. a drinking game where cards are dealt one at a time, face up, to each player and upon a red or even numbered card being dealt one shouts “kerchief!” and necks a shot of vodka (or any other spirit).
