Lampathy
a type of apathy whereby you can not find the energy to walk to the local shop to buy sugar, but can find the energy to go out and count the amount of steps between where you live and the shop in question. this phenomenon was discovered at the university of wales lampeter, where it’s name derives from.
bob: we need more sugar.
billy: cba
bob: i’ll go, then. how far is the shop?
